BOOKING POLICY

Being a small studio and a one woman show I please ask that you give 24 hours notice should you need to change or re schedule your appointment time.

I understand that life happens and things can come up. Simply send a message to 0430 383 070 or call to notify of any changes that you need to make.

If this criteria is not met a 50% charge will be made for the session not made. Please note that special circumstances will be considered and reviewed.

Please note that gift vouchers are not redeemable in the final week of the year due to limited availability and peak demand. Vouchers may be used for all other times. Thank you for your understanding.
